Deepfrozen peppers are prepared from the fruits of the plants complying to the characteristics of the species Capsicum annuum L.
The peppers are cut in to:
Strips with a width of 5 up to 10 mm
Dices of approximately 10 x 10 x 10 mm
The peppers are presented in the following forms:
yellow peppers: prepared from yellow fruits
red peppers: prepared form red fruits
green peppers: prepared from green fruits
flamed peppers: prepared from fruits presenting different colours: green, red and/or yellow or prepared from a mixture of green peppers and yellow and/or red peppers.
