Silverskin Onions

Deepfrozen silverskin onions are prepared from natural developed plants complying to the characteristics of the species Allium cepa L.

The silverskin onions are size-graded or not. The size of the silverskin onions is defined as the diameter of the circular perforations through which the fresh silverskin onions have passed while size-grading:

• silverskin onions 18/21: 18 to 21 mm
• silverskin onions 21/23: 21 to 23 mm
• silverskin onions: not size-graded
