Celeriac

Deepfrozen diced celeriac is prepared from natural developed plants complying to the characteristics of the species Apium graveolens L. specifically the cultivars that grow a thick root.

The celeriac is cut in dices of approximately 11 x 11 x 11 mm or in strips of about 4 x 4 mm.

The celeriac puree consists of mini portions that have a weight between 20 to 25 g.
