The leeks are presented in different forms:
The relation 50/50 en 70/30 corresponds with the proportions of the length of the white leaves to the length of the green leaves before cutting the leeks in rings. The leeks are cut in rings perpendicular to the longitudinal axe. The rings have a thickness of about 15 mm.
The cut leek 8mm is prepared from leek 70/30. The leek is cut at a lenght of approxilately 8 mm.
White of leeks have a length of 12 to 20 cm.
Leek rings are prepared from Turkish varieties which have an almost entirely light green colour. Theleeks are cut in rings perpendicular to the longitudinal axe. The rings have a thickness of about 15 mm.
